Do you hear people talk about their Spirit guides and wish you knew yours? Has it been a minute since you tapped in with your elevated ancestors?
Tonight I will facilitate a cleansing of whatever went down during that Mercury retrograde period and take us on a journey through the mind’s eye to commune with our most wise and liberated ancestors.
Trance journeys have become one of my most foundational methods in my work as a doula and spiritual caregiver. My approach is shaped by attending childbirth, practicing Spiritism and Reiki, and studying nervous system-informed care.
The first time I experienced a trance journey facilitated by Siobhan, I was blown away.
My intention was to get clear on the branding of Soft Power and my public art practice and biz, Sanctuary Studio. I laid down in the safety of my own room on the floor by my computer, and I closed my eyes as she led me through a visualization.
She guided me to walk through these concepts like they were rooms I could experience. I was floored by how much I saw, and how quickly and easily my imagination opened up.
