I like to think of my life as a song…
A story told through music—where my body is the conductor and my voice is my soul’s unique frequency. Sometimes I’m a sad love song, or a joyous pop anthem, and other times I’m a soulful hymn.
But no matter what, as long as my heart continues beating,
my life’s song pulses on.
In my work as a nervous system-informed vocal coach, I have seen & experienced the magic that can happen when our soul’s unique frequency is allowed to freely flow and be expressed. The voice, as it turns out, is an instrument that can be used to gently attune and align energy in the body, almost like a built-in tuning fork. Because every organ and energetic center in our body has its own specific frequency, sound energy healing is a subtle, but powerful way to address dis-ease, stress, sleeping disorders, and more.
