Happy Sunday beloveds,
This week’s roundup is short n sweet, given that full moon gave us plenty to chew on and we’re still digesting. If it isn’t obvious, Soft Power is a very watery collab with these Cancer Sun (Siobhan), Cancer Moon (Midori), and Pisces Sun (Flo) placements never failing to deliver on the sensitivity and drama around this time of month. But this moon being in Sagittarius brought us the fire we needed to light up some much appreciated bolts of connection and creativity. How was last night for y’all?
One topic that’s come up for all of us this week is leadership and power. As we continue with our commitment to share and gather with others devoted to divesting from old ways of business and relating, how do we avoid replicating those same systems?
The reason Soft Power has been slow to emerge is because this question is at the center of our conversations. This project is as much about how we share as it is about what we share.
If you want to go fast, go alone

One thing we know is there is no choice but to go far and therefore we are going together. This is a long haul vision and the start of Pride Month reminds us that this fight for liberation didn’t start in our lifetimes and it won’t end here either.
We need leaders who are willing to slow down, resist urgency, reassess when needed, and refuse to give up or throw eachother away when things get hard. This task can only be accomplished through genuine relationship building and a foundation of love.
Right on theme, Venus moves into Leo this week, bringing the potential to light up our star power and burning desires to lead. It can also bring out ego and pride and forceful tactics that bulldoze over the tender process of mutual co-creation. Leaving you all with adrienne maree brown’s reminder that big change happens when we move at the speed of trust.
